This slower-paced gentle fitness class includes primarily seated chair exercises with some supported standing exercises to improve function, mobility, flexibility, strength, and balance. This class is designed for individuals with moderate exercise limitations. It’s ideal for those who may use a mobility aide, are at risk of falls, have difficulty getting to the floor, and can do 15-30 minutes of continuous exercise. Participants can choose their own pace and intensity in the class.
This gentle cycle class offers you the opportunity to try cycle at a lower intensity with shorter intervals. Cycle is a great cardio workout that's easy on the joints. This class features an extended warm-up, a few small intervals of speed and seated hills, extended cool-down and gentle stretching off the bike. You can go at your own pace to make the workout right for you! Please arrive early so the instructor can customize your bike set up for perfect postural alignment. Take note of your settings for quick and easy set up in subsequent classes.

This total body, low-impact workout combines resistance, balance, and gentle cardio exercises using standing, seated, and floor mat exercises. This 45- or 60-minute class takes place indoors in our fitness studios.

Ideal for those who have difficulty getting to the floor, this class focuses on releasing tension in commonly tight muscles, improving posture, restoring mobility, and relaxing the mind and body through breathwork.
This slow-to- moderate-paced yoga class takes a modified approach to many standing, seated, and floor poses to make them more accessible to participants who are new to yoga or have injuries, significant tightness, or soreness in their bodies. Transitions between poses will be slower and focus will be on supported strength, relaxation, and gentle release.

Perfect for those who like a gentler approach to fitness while enjoying the outdoors and social connections. Participants must be able to walk unassisted with occasional breaks for 45-60 minutes.
